Easy and delicious

I wanted to share a link to a recipe that I have been enjoying lately that’s both quick and delicious! I “discovered” this recipe while watching Jamie Oliver’s cooking show and knew right away that it would be something I would enjoy, I also love that it’s classified as one of his quicker meals to make. It’s called Hungover Noodles and it’s really yummy. The first time I made it, I followed the directions exactly and it was perfect. On days when I want to be even faster (or I don’t have all ingredients on hand), I’ve made it without the ginger and garlic in the sauce, without the cabbage and replaced the mangetout (snow peas) with regular frozen peas and it’s still totally delicious. One thing else I like to do is to use the skillet I fried the egg in to mix the cooked noodles, broccoli and peas together with the sauce. It’s a great way to mix it all together and to get that fried noodle taste. Either way, I totally recommend this and wanted to share 🙂
